Just to wrap up my thoughts before I start distracting myself again for a while: I really like the Mafe and Cook acquisitions! But like I said in our day 1 recap, they were far from done to be "successful" and now that path is harder to find

Wanna know why? The longer I've stewed on the Mafe structure, the worse it sits with me. Year 1 cap hit unnecessarily large, AGAIN. I called it cap malpractice with Tee last year Kneecapping themselves from even doing midrange deals to raise the level of the roster and compete
