This is bodycam from June 20, 2023, Hortonville PD (Outagamie County, WI). Driver Fabian (in the white BMW) stopped by Officer Sakolski for no seatbelt near Quick Trip. He got argumentative, denied it, claimed racial profiling. Officer suspected OWI (glossy eyes, alcohol smell noted), but Fabian denied drinking (said long shift, bought Sprite). Walk-and-turn test had issues. Breathalyzer: 0.00. Car search: THC syrup + loaded Glock 19. Refused blood test. Arrested for OWI + resisting. Later convicted of resisting officer, disorderly conduct, concealed weapon. Got 2-year probation (no guns) + $300+ fines. No OWI conviction. No confirmed intoxication (alcohol zero; drugs untested).
