back/back winning seasons for the first time since the early-2000’s to only have it all cut short? didn’t seem like a fit ownership/personnel (gm)-wise? dunno, don’t think it’s fair to hold his time in miami against him, esp. after seeing what he’s done in minnesota.

it’s cliché but truly see him as a culture-changer. look at what vrabel is able to squeeze outta new england immediately. flores has had strong units in minnesota, and to me, approaches coaching similarly. despite being on the other side of the ball, can coach up all players.

Hate to say this, but winning truly is the enemy at this point.

@MitchellRenz365 But the team still needs a young QB with some good hope for the future to actually attract ideal candidates to come coach this team. We've seen it year and year again of good coaches turning this team down for other opportunities. IE ben Johnson/bears. If not we repeat this again

I don’t think Pete Carroll would draft a QB due to his blind loyalty to Geno Smith
Also I don’t trust the Pete Carroll Raiders to develop a young QB the correct way.
Im in “offseason hopeful Raiders fan mode” where I hope everyday Pete Carroll doesn’t return next season because I won’t have hope for the Raiders until Pete Carroll, Chip Kelly, Geno Smith, Brennan Carroll are gone
