@theonlywayout1s Ps if you do this please be SUPER super careful as only 500 is incredibly unsafe so make sure to take metabolism days!! Saw a few people favoritism this and wanted to throw this out there
@theonlywayout1s I got to bmi 15 by HEAVILY restricting with 500 cals a day + rare fasts, But literally ANYTHING could trigger a binge, Food noise was and still is unbearable
