@LanahWilsonXO @6mssw @LiberalHivemind I dont even know if anything would have justified him pulling a gun he was know for constantly harassing and then threatening people once they got irritated from his harassment. I think no matter what he would have ended up with the charges he has know or manslaughter.

@Dylnvg @6mssw @LiberalHivemind If Chud was attacked by multiple people or someone drew a gun first, then it would be justified. However, that wasn’t the case. They engaged in a fistfight, and Chud drew a deadly weapon during it. Furthermore, Chud was already in an active bond.

If Chudthebuilder was attacked, then defended himself. He should be set free, not prosecuted and held w/ a 1.25m bond. Saying mean things shouldn't negate your claim of self defense. Let's see if there is more to the story. As it stands right now, seems he's being treated with prejudice.

You live in a white supremacist county that would kill or threaten any person of color. Im gonna go with the 1st one.

@6mssw @LiberalHivemind I take my previous statement back you are right you cannot shoot somebody for only punching you(as in one punch) but if it is a fight and you do it properly then you could get away with shooting somebody under self defense cause but then again you could end up with manslaughter.

Guys… the 1st Amendment only protects you from the government silencing or persecuting you for your speech. If you go out and harass people for clicks, you open yourself to a host of consequences that have nothing to do with the 1A nor the government. Doing so also throws self defense out the window, as you initiated the engagement. This is common sense. If this makes you angry, you are probably stupid.
