Before blaming coaches for being “biased,” do the “anonymous work ethic test.”
Ask teammates/coaches to anonymously name the 3 hardest workers on the team.
Usually the accuser isn’t mentioned often… true change starts with ownership and acceptance. 💯📈

✅ Take accountability
✅ Pay attention to details
✅ Want to grow
