This is sad, bad news. Dyspraxia affects about 1 in 20 of us. @DYSPRAXIAFDTN info, resources & support have made THE difference to individuals, families and professionals for decades. We need to work together to build on rather than lose the foundation’s wonderful work.

I can’t accept this something has to be done . The mission is clear but in true dyspraxic fashion thoughts on execution are all over the place . We need a strategic solution. Who will like to explore this ?

Seen so much from the #dyspraxia community over the last few days can see how much awareness and community has meant to so many and solidarity. So many different voices and stories. Keep going 💪🏻(something us dyspraxic’s are very good at)

This is absolutely devastating. So long has dyspraxia been ignored, misunderstood or brushed aside, now the UK’s major dyspraxia charity is closing down.

This is a tragedy. This charity and all the wonderful people associated with it has meant so much to me, my family and especially @icerowe I only hope that one day it is resurrected and that we can be part of the revival. Thankyou to everyone who has been involved @DYSPRAXIAFDTN

This is such sad news, the charity have done so much for me, my family and my relationship. When I was first diagnosed dyspraxic as a child, they went to the foundation for help as my school didn’t know much about dyspraxia at all, and my parents went to the local Lancashire

It has been an honour to serve as a Dyspraxia Foundation trustee & I am incredibly sad at the closure of this amazing charity. Trustees, volunteers, our team & CEO have worked relentlessly to develop diverse & sustainable income streams but time was against us.

Such sad news. It has been a privilege to have been involved with the Dyspraxia Foundation, I have gained so much from their work and met lots of wonderful people.

Home and very sleepy after today's @DYSPRAXIAFDTN conference! A wonderful day, great speakers and lovely to catch up with a few people even if only briefly. But am definitely ready for bed now! 😴🛏️
