@chilternrailway@matthewtebbot Or more like, post an “emergency” timetable that is horrendously slow so there is no need to pay delay compensation? If you’ve got less trains why do you need to run them at half speed?

Chiltern Railways’ customers are advised that a reduced service will be in operation today (Friday 14 November) due to heavy rainfall expected throughout the day.
Weather warnings have been issued and a limited service will be in operation on Friday until Saturday (15 November). Trains which are running are expected to be busier than usual and journey times will be increased.

@Avis_support_UK have spent over an hour on hold/the phone. Have sent 5 emails. Have tried multiple times via the web/app and it’s still impossible to simply change a drop off location. Avis simply doesn’t care about customer service even for highest loyalty tier members.
