With regret the decision has been made to fold as a football club. After a bright start to this season and a great 3 years previous things just haven't gone to plan. We are in talks about merging with another club fingers crossed all goes to plan 🤞#wesfa

@EAFC2015 But on a personal note, we had some good personal battles over recent years and have a friendly rivalry between us.....never nice to see another team fold but I’m sure we will see u next season

Personally as chairman & ex manager I'd like to thank all the lads that have given it a real go over the last 4 years. We've had some great times on and off the pitch and what started as a group of mates at goals turned into something really special Cheers lads!

@SpringhillUtd Thanks! We hope to re-group get some fresh faces in and go again next season. Each year we have always improved so this year has been a set back but we will go on.

@EAFC2015 We are playing with confidence at the moment and had almost a full squad to choose from. 16 players always help if you need to freshen things up. You battled to the end, 4-1 flattered us at HT, you kept your discipline and are a credit to the league. There's a decent core there!

The club is in a bad place at the moment. We either need to re-build with a squad of committed players or fold. Either way its turned out to be a disappointing season.

Another defeat today at the hands of Catford Wanderers. Times are tough, heads are down. Fitness, age, injuries are killing us!

We also take on Catford Wanderers on Sunday. We usually bounce back after a defeat. Let's hope so.

With ageing squad we've had to dip into the market today.. And bought a new first aid kit. With 87 bottles of deep heat! Up the Erith
