@goatflake @chriseparent @TheProjectUnity What soil? The pyramids were build directly on bedrock. No sand. No dirt. Cut stones set on leveled bedrock. Rock on rock. You don’t need piers/caissons for that.

@keithdunn I think it’s very poor this year. Anyone can make a course impossibly hard. The key should be to make it tough enough that one or two people are close to finishing and make it exciting. This was just ridiculous.

@trineathene @keithdunn New locations and few veterans explain most of the issues. Books have been hidden in tree stumps and under rocks. If you’re not paying attention you could walk/run right by a book multiple times looking for it. The books aren’t taped to trees with fluorescent tape LOL

@rscl_enjoyer @keithdunn There isn’t a cut off until the end of loop 3 from my understanding.
So he basically needs to turn in a sub 11 hour loop 3 to make the 36 hour cut off to start loop 4, or a 15 hour loop 3 for a 40hour fun run finish.

Meaning loop 3 and onwards will have average around 11.8 h for each loop. He can still easily make the loop 3 cutoff.

@keithdunn - Update for immediate release: There will be no #bm100 finishers this year. As such, everyone can return to work and get on with their lives and I will see you all again next year where I hope the runners prepare better.
