@itz_danialves First, that’s not true. Second, I will analyse it tomorrow. Third, I saw nothing new. Sometimes it makes sense to not speak. Simply observe. Collect information for future reference.

@EBL2017 No single post from you about man united match against Liverpool. You were still reposting tweets about Arsenal even when the biggest match in EPL is been played .

De Zerbi-ball in full flow for much of that game. I don’t care what anybody says, for Spurs to play with that level of intensity, commitment, togetherness, and bravery to execute a phenomenally coached tactical system with & without the ball deserves HUGE credit. More tomorrow.

@Adnaan_LFC Good luck telling that to Steven Gerrard or Luis Suarez ahead of a Manchester derby…

@EBL2017 Why over-exert yourself this season when next season is much more important?

Liverpool fans loved Suárez because he was a warrior. Not just because of his quality, but because of his mindset. Kuyt was another played the fans loved with a tenth of the quality Suárez had. Part of that mentality breeds availability. I write this because of Alexander Isak.

@ausanafc I'd go with similar. 3-1-6. Lewis-Skelly and Rice in the middle again. Suspect it'll be Eze in the #10 with Trossard wide without Havertz/Ødegaard.

@EBL2017 Super curious to hear @EBL2017 what your ideal line up would be vs Atleti. In my mind Ode has never been a #10 & similarly to how we tried MLS as LCM ytd, we should have tried this same experiment with Ode long time ago.

They'd blame injuries for failing to compete for major titles, like last season. That's another thing about Gyökeres. He's always fit.

@EBL2017 Imagine if Arsenal had followed football twitter recommendation and splashed £125M on Isak

Find it difficult to accept Arne Slot starting a wingback over Rio Ngumoha in attack.

Whatever happens at Liverpool next season, Frimpong can't be a reliable option in attack. It's a Ruben Amorim-esque trait of their team.

Eddie Howe's future success at Newcastle comes down to their transfer business this summer. Lots of incomings and outgoings expected (and required).
David Ornstein@David_Ornstein

🚨 Eddie Howe set to remain Newcastle United boss. As things stand + barring unexpected turn of events 48yo will lead #NUFC into 26/27 - retains ownership/hierarchy support & keen to continue. All parties accept this season can’t be repeated @TheAthleticFC nytimes.com/athletic/72368…

Eze basically stopped defending at 3-0. Rice was getting increasingly frustrated with him. But I get it. He's a superstar who wants to save himself for the run-in. He deserves that kind of luxury, even if it is goes against Arsenal and Arteta's ethos. Why depth is key.

Kelleher has been some signing for Brentford. Gone under the radar, and that's a positive for any goalkeeper. Few mistakes and makes a lot of his work look simple. One of the signings of the season.

@EBL2017 I love the way this question is being framed by a lot of people as though Arteta got it wrong. They are top and in the CL semi-final.

Should Arteta have played Lewis-Skelly in midfield earlier? Yeah, probably. Easy to say in hindsight. But better late than never to find a solution like that. Plus, the context of the tactical approach makes a clear difference. Before, he competed with Rice. Now he does not.
