As announced previously, ECHO will host a Carnival Oct 3, 2020 at Ida Lee Park, Leesburg as a thank-you to our supporters during the pandemic and a celebration of community. Traditional carnival booth games, rides, face painting, food vendors, tethered hot-air balloon ride. 1/2
