How good is your communication?! Our upper level culinary classes put their knowledge on good and clear communication to the test this week in a Blindfolded cupcake challenge. They took turns trusting their teammates to guide them using clear communication while making cupcakes.

Our global cuisine unit has taken us to Japan this week! From the fresh made sushi rice, shrimp tempura and tempura green beans the students got to custom make their sushi rolls all topped with some delicious toppings! It is safe to say they enjoyed the process! @ECISD_CTE
