We warmly congratulate Quentin Goebel, the nephew of the late Luc Winants, and Patrick Van Hoolandt, the President of the Francophone Chess Association, on the successful organization of the event and sincerely thank them for their outstanding hospitality.

This weekend, Bachar Kouatly, Maria Gevorgyan, Toms Kalniņš, and Birger Wenzel had the honor of attending the Luc Winants Memorial as guests. It was a wonderful opportunity to exchange ideas on the development of chess in Europe and across the Francophone chess community.

Today our team submitted a formal complaint raising serious concerns about potential conflict of interest and institutional advantage in the ECU elections.
