Did you know… Our team answer an emergency 999 call every 30 seconds! In 2023-24 our EOC Clinicians helped 83,038 patients who did not need an ambulance & our Dispatchers allocated resources to 868,159 incidents. #InternationalControlRoomWeek

Today saw the start of our first Incident Co-ordination Centre and JESIP training course. The sessions are delivered ‘in-house’ by our Business Continuity & Resilience team. This training ensures our Control Room teams are up to date with co-ordinating large scale responses.

Recently some of our @EastEnglandAmb EOC teams attended a Business Continuity exercise to run through the Incident Co-ordination Centre action cards. A great example of putting listening into action and collaborative working across our teams. Listening to our people. #WeAreEEAST
