Since then it’s been grants and programs that specifically been given to help the Black community after the bills in the 60s gave us rights. For example the MBE and billions to HBCUs. The grants funded man programs and resources for the community as well. Off of Civil Rights many wide ranging bills that affect all discriminated groups happened. Now show me one that the Republican majority supported 😂
