Just because one thing is shady about a situation, you can’t just jump to the conclusion that it’s a massive fraud. That’s how lawsuits begin. This kind of reporting is dangerous and I’m afraid that it’s going to spill over into other amateur journalists harassing and shoving their way into daycare facilities.
