This has been an incredibly stressful, scary, & expensive time. I cannot (& should not) have to pay for a conference I couldn’t attend, under these extreme circumstances. A colleague even presented my findings so there would be no negative impact on the program. Please help.

Hi @ehps2023 @EHPSociety. I’m a US-based member who intended to present in Bremen, then this happened ⬇️ I notified as soon as I was able & I’ve been emailing for weeks about refunding pre-paid costs (like unused hotel room), with no resolution. Grateful for any assistance.
