👉Tonight at Belfast City Council, every SDLP councillor failed to vote against a DUP motion attempting to remove the Bobby Sands statue in Twinbrook.
This motion was a one-sided attack on republican remembrance, and the SDLP allowed it to pass.

I have a question.
After other elections, when the Senedd sat for the first time, Labour took its place in the centre and on the ministerial bench before confirmation. After this, what happens? Do all the leaders sit on the front bench? Does the largest party get first dibs?

If a junior party replaces it's leader mid term, does it consitute a new government in the uk sense, like lets say in the 2010 - 2015 coalition if Clegg stood down for let's say Farron, would it then be a new government of Cameron-Farron or be the Cameron - Clegg one?
