@AaronQuinn716 @TyDunne Diff thread I posted similar thoughts. McD has self evaluated taken criticism & improved over the years The losses are infuriating as it seems like old habits die hard. It’s always a call or two that can go either way, Bills end up on wrong side. Does coaching change fix that?!

I think it's been sort of proven he's not the micromanager that he's labeled as. Maybe he WAS. But doesn't appear to be now. Also, tons of HC's are. But we have seen 3 iterations of "Sean McDermott's defense. Under Frazier, McDermott, and now Babich. They have similar concepts but he's allowed them to call it their way. How Babich calls a game is VERY different than what we saw from McDermott last year. We've also seen 4 OCs all with different styles allowed to have their mark on the offense.

Of course Jerry is back just for this… 🙄 Jerry’s take on the article doesn’t match how I read it. Is McDermott the coach to get the Bills over the top? I’m not sure. But the piece, based on a few disgruntled ex-members of the organization, felt light on substance. Sure, a couple of points landed, but most didn't—, ... Broken clocks…

@AaronQuinn716 @ryeguy427 For years McD was deemed “conservative” playing not to lose/ keep it close. Each year it seems like he self evaluates & improves. More wins than loses, the losses always rememberable (unfortunately) . McD is FAR from perfect but not sure who you replace him with/ take a chance

@ryeguy427 I do think he's coached more good games and situations than bad ones. It's really easy to remember the bad, but people easily forget the good.

I feel stuck in thoughts on McDermott: • Concerned about his decisions in critical moments. • Don’t think he should be fired; it’s a handful of times. • Still believe he’s a top-tier coach, the best in team history, and one of the best in the NFL. • Not sure if he can lead Bills to a Super Bowl, or if a change would even solve that. Anyone else feeling the same? #BillsMafia

Can’t have it both ways. They need to figure out improved situational awareness & improved communication immediately,

@SL7MB4NDZ Only clear bad game Allen has had so far was v Houston. Losses v Baltimore/ LAR were team, where I’ll question Coaching and Defense first. Life is more fun watching Allen, and rather not find out how bad Bills would be without him!

@EKu5155 Also, without Lamar, this ravens team would be a 5 win or less team too. The ravens have not won a single game where Lamar doesn’t have a passer rating of 114 or above. No other QB is the same. Both great QBs. But this ravens team is BAD without Lamar

Only stats he had that were better were throwing yards and rushing TDs.
