Throwback to 2021, when Rocky Elam 🇺🇸, won the u20 World Championships in UFA, Russia 🇷🇺 at 92KG. After defeating Zach Glazier to make the team, Elam walked into Russia where he dominated the field up until the finals. Here he faced Iran’s Mehdi Hajiloueian 🇮🇷, where he needed a late takedown to secure the junior world title! Since then, we’ve yet to see Rocky wrestle at a UWW event, maybe after college is done the world champion will return.
