Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of March 17, 2027. $ONDS had an absolutely stacked week. 1. Mistral Merger (March 9) Ondas announced a merger with Mistral, an established U.S. defense prime contractor. 2. BIRD Aerosystems Acquisition (March 11) Ondas announced the acquisition of BIRD Aerosystems, entering the airborne missile protection and ISR market. BIRD's systems are installed on more than 700 aircraft across 40 plus aircraft types, and bring AMPS directed infrared countermeasures and ASIO ISR technologies into Ondas' autonomous systems portfolio. 3. Palantir Partnership (March 12) Palantir, Ondas, and World View announced a strategic partnership to develop and deploy a new generation of AI-enabled operational capabilities for persistent stratospheric, aerial, and land-based ISR missions. Together the companies will develop three foundational programs aimed at transforming how multi-domain ISR missions are produced, executed, and managed. Very excited to see what this week will bring!
