@ELCoachMatile had a good outing pitched 5 innings 7 ks one earned run 1 walk

This tip can help almost every pitcher, Front foot down, then throw, is the feeling you want. Allow your delivery to happen, get to a strong position at foot strike, then bring down the house. Well timed intensity. Stay sideways as long as possible. Build rhythm into foot strike, get violent after. Resist early shoulder rotation, rotate late in a hallway, be patient. Here’s a counting method to try, 2-3-4 2 peak leg lift 3 foot down 4 throw

One of my biggest growths as a hitting coach over the last 5 years is: saying less, listening more and doing more. “Trick them with drills” has been much more effective than “overwhelm them with info”.

Had a good day at the plate yesterday against Bunker Hill, I was 3 for 4 (4RBI) with two singles and a go ahead Double in the 5th inning. Good team win and looking forward to next week! @ELCoachMatile @Coach_Skellie @_ArenaNational @kross10robinson @_CoachMangum
