Fantastic learning session today about ADHD/autism. Raw, real life experiences of adapting to, accommodating, and surviving expectations at work. Also noticeable that participants were nearly exclusively female. Sth special about the experience of neurodiversity as a woman?

Reflecting on the @NHS_ELFT @ELFTAbility Conference on 22nd Feb, where leaders like @BlondeHistorian, Dr @nassersiabi OBE, @LorraineSunduza & @MohitVenkataram inspired us towards a more inclusive workplace. Focused on Social Justice & Disability, it was a day of insight and empowerment. A step closer to an inclusive future. #WaybackWednesday

Not specifically ADHD related but the added costs from being disabled is something we regularly speak about @ELFTAbility I have paid out a a lot more money because of this many times and relate to the missing times for tickets or losing items and having to replace them

Adjustments we have been arguing about that need to happen across @NHS_ELFT such as; getting interview questions in advance, are among the other adjustments that would help him. @ELFTAbility
