It's been 10 months since my surgery and I can now confidently say that it did not work... at all.. Still the same problem, same pain and everything. Contacting my doctor again to see if there is another solution.

My players despised drills with OWL teams, usually because they expected the trade to be uneven and ignored the outcome. Ego's get in the way of the value of drills and I hope coaches learn to align players with expected growth of a practise. W/L mindset kills pro development
