@ELV_Chalice @Itsdevotion_ Why play fake green deck when Penel exists is my point, you just wasting time with a tier 2 deck

My personal take on the OP15 metagame. Mihawk beats almost everything except Enel, and still has playable outs into Lucy. U/Y Nami at Tier 1.5 might raise some eyebrows, but I personally feel the deck is too fair — it’s only truly relevant when the field lines up well for it.
