Alex Pereira has such an incredibly inspiring story. This is a Google Maps image of him working at a tire shop in Brazil in 2013. He went down a path of alcoholism during this time. He rebuilt himself into one of the greatest combat sports athletes of all time.

In EM203 we learned that the digital age has changed our society. People communicate and access information differently than before the internet. Teachers use different techniques to be effective and the 3 M’s have changed how we get information and complete tasks. #EM203Robin

The first three weeks of EM203 have been really interesting and different from other classes I have taken in the past, and although we have only done three lessons, I really believe I am going to enjoy this class with being able to learn how to effectively tweet. #EM203Robin

Something interesting to observe from lesson 3: the evolution of digital resources encourages the ability to perform tasks simultaneously. While this increases the ability to multitask effectively it may also hinder academic performance. #EM203Robin
