@EM203zrahim #EM203Robin An important issue to address when considering mental health, is how we identify "healthy" from "unhealthy" coping techniques. In the digital age where individuals have access to copious amounts of information, how do we identify the good from the bad?

@sammytaccogna8 This course does a great job at integrating technology and the digital world as an engaging tool for learning. I am also looking forward to continuing my learning in this course.

@EM203JKrawczyk I agree, the course is very engaging. I think the best part about learning is fostering an understanding in areas you would have not done so on your own:)

#EM203Robin this class has been really great! It’s interesting to see how technology and the digital world has changed our learning and allowed for new ways of learning. I believe it’s important to learn these different avenues so we can better understand how we learn best!

@EM203sguardado It was super fun to try a new skill. I taught myself to solve an extreme Sudoku and even though it took me a very long time, it was rewarding to finish it in the end!
