@EM203jordan Loved the depth of your concept map. With FAD diets, I believe social media and different celebrities play a huge role in the motivation for people to go on these diets. Can cause some people to diet when it would actually be unhealthy. #EM203W19problems

@EM203awhite Concept map was very appealing! With regards to mental health and outside factors, maybe branch off even more to show how social media has an impact on peoples everyday life and the social pressure it can bring. #EM203W19problems

@EM203JRosen6 Great breakdown of concept map to internal and external forces. For sleep, maybe look at what causes sleep loss - stress, family conflict, electronics, etc. to find the root cause for people to get a better sleep at night. #EM203W19problems

@JlightbodyE Great colour and picture choices! Very appealing. With regards to global warming, higher sea levels may lead to more flooding of low-lying lands which can cause disruption. #EM203W19problems

@EM203dtassone Love the colour coordination. I think with regards to purchasing behaviour and education, buyers are not informed at the time of purchase of the specific risks like you see when you buy a cigarette pack. The way it is branded could be an issue. #EM203W19problems

@em203tmitchels1 Concept map is very neat! With regards to the environment, you could look at government policy with regards to business regulations and how it hinders or helps the environmental aspects you mentioned. #EM203W19problems

@EM203BCulley Regarding your concept map about health. One of the problems to maybe consider adding would be social media, and how it can negatively affect someone's mental health. For example, how some users experience anxiety, body image concerns etc..#EM203W19problems

This course so far has taught me the different methods that individuals learn. Examples of these methods include connectivism, constructivism, cognitivism and many more! I am excited to learn more about them all. #EM203W19

@EM203swein Sam, I chose this learning activity too. Found it very frustrating at the start but through trial and error was able to accomplish my puzzle.

@CaitlynEm203 Connectivism was a new theory that I had not heard of before but very interesting how it portrays learning as being chaotic and not necessarily black and white.

Within the past three weeks I have specifically learned about the theory of connectivism and how it relates to the learning society. Understanding how myself and classmates learn is something extremely valuable! #EM203Robin

This course has been interesting as it has introduced us to new learning theories in this digital age. Has also pushed us to learn new tasks (such as Sudoku) and really think critically of how we personally go about the process of learning a new task. #EM203W19
