Hi @bodyimagemvmt I'm a university student studying the negative impacts of social media on one's body image - what are some tactics young women can use to tackle this issue?

although it might look simple, a pretty basic solution to the mental health struggles that LGBTQ+ Men can face is just talking about it, breaking the #stigma is a big part of the battle!

@EM203Saulckh Definitely - the 3 M's have been interesting to learn about! Specifically, the insights about multi-tasking are very relevant to our generation. Growing up with the internet, we have the need to always do more than one thing at a time!

3 weeks into this course and so far we have explored how learning theories are affected by media and applied in this digital age. I enjoyed learning about the 3 M`s and how learning styles are influenced by multi-media & the benefits of having a multi-modal approach. #EM203Robin

3 weeks into #EM203Robin, and I am absolutely loving the course! The course structure is so interesting, and it has really allowed me to learn more about how we all operate in this digital age! We have learned about how we all learn, and how that interacts with our digital lives!
