The first couple weeks of EM203 have opened my eyes about the abundance of the internet and how it has been able to break knowledge borders. It has also allowed me to understand how I apply constructivism theory to my own learning #EM203Robin
College and university students do not get enough sleep, which can have multiple detrimental effects. It's important to know these effects and learn how we can make changes to avoid sleep deprivation.
