Hi @CtortajadaQ, I am working on a university project about solutions to water shortage and read your article “Water Crisis and Water Wars: Myths and Realities.” Do you have any examples of water management practices that can be implemented on an individual level? Thank you!

Hi @CleanWater_MD, I am working on a university project about the impacts and solutions to the lack of clean water. I was wondering if you had any input on resources that individuals can use and access to educate themselves on the problem of water shortage? Please let me know!

@EM203ABondale Your concept map is great. A problem you could consider is looking deeper into the trends of veganism and determining the potential obstacles of switching to that lifestyle. #EM203problems

@EM203EDowney Great concept map on pollution! A problem that you could look into further are the effects of oil spills on the biodiversity in oceans #EM203problems

@Badarsahi0 I like your concept map. A problem you could consider with climate change is that biodiversity loss can impact humans through reduced food security and loss of jobs (e.g. fishing communities). #EM203problems

@EHayleynp Great concept map. Menstrual equity is a huge issue. A problem associated with it is that many poorer women struggle with having to choose between buying menstrual health care products and buying food #EM203problems

@JackFabregas5 I agree that there are so many ways that we can benefit from digital learning. My professors have adapted to new methods of teaching during lessons, which I believe has helped with classroom engagement. I've seen the use of audio, media, collaborative learning tools and more.

Over the first three weeks of this course, we have learned a ton about the many different ways we can benefit from digital learning. This is super meaningful today and this school year as we combat a global pandemic. #EM203Robin

@EM203etaimizra1 I agree that the asynchronous nature of this class has been beneficial to my learning. It has allowed me to be flexible and prioritize my time more efficiently. I also enjoy the various components of the course that enable me to better engage with my peers.

@hud_EM203 Hi Hudson, I enjoyed learning about the 3 M's. The variety of media that we have available to us allows us to choose ways that we learn most efficiently. I am a visual learner, but I appreciate having audio aids to supplement my learning experience.

These past few lessons have given a very unique insight into learning and how modules like the 3 M's display how it is our generation might learn most efficiently, and what tools we use to do so. #EM203Robin

Really interested in the notion of constructivist learning. It's exciting to understand how one individual will 'construct' one's own way of learning to further comprehend the knowledge they seek to learn. #EM203Robin

@IanMcKnight14 Hi Ian. Technology has certainly impacted the way we learn. Just think of all of the technological tools that we have gained to aid in our learning. In high school I never had a laptop, but now I cannot imagine not being able type my notes out or quickly look something up online.

@EM203RClulow Hi Rand. I also think experiential learning is interesting. Experiential learning allows for instructors and students to better engage with the material. They are able to go through a process of experimenting, reflecting, thinking and acting.

In the last three weeks, I've learned about several different types of learning, and how to optimize them in a digital environment. A concept I found interesting is experiential learning, which is much more than just being hands-on. #EM203Robin

This course taught me some ways that we learn in a digital age. Technology has created a huge impact on learning by shifting the focus from individual to collaborative learning and changing the methods of instruction by utilizing new learning tools. #EM203Robin
