The first three weeks of EM203 have been very interesting and informative! I was very interested in the different learning theories, and by learning a new task myself, I was able to see firsthand how these processes really affect the way I learn. #EM203Robin

In the beginning weeks of #EM203Robin has been very informal! I have learned about the digital age of media and about the unique characteristics of the internet. I am very excited to continue learning new concepts in this course within the next couple weeks!

@EmilyCardonawlu I agree! Passive learning has been too prevalent and it isn't optimal for learning.

Learning about constructivism in #EM203Robin has been eye opening to reflection of our education system. we need to implement more hands on, interactive, and experiencial learning methods as opposed to passive methods.

@EM203JMander The first few lessons broadened my idea of learning too! I learned about connectivism, but the idea of constructivism seems very interesting!

The first few lessons have really broadened my idea of learning. I got to learn about the learning theory of constructivism. It focuses on the idea that learning is a process where an understanding of knowledge is built based on personal interactions and experiences. #EM203Robin
