@EM203NMcCurbin I agree. With all that information we can get in the digital age, it seems rather difficult to take it all in. The learning theories shows that humans struggle to learn in such situations, which can be related to me adjusting my own learning strategy.

In the first weeks of EM203 I've learned that, although 21st century learning has prioritized multi-tasking environments, humans are not designed to learn in such environments. This results in cognitive overload, resulting in a weakened ability to absorb information! #EM203Robin

@EM203simrans I agree. The course teaches me different learning theories which I never thought of. It makes me to think about my own learning approach and what I can do to improve it for the better.

@Em203Taylor I agree. Technology certainly changed the way we learn. For example, we can search for tutorials on the internet to help we learn. However, it can also be distracting since we are now able to receive many information from different platforms.

Digital technology has drastically changed the way people learn; while we benefit from easy access to quality academic resources, we are also burdened with overstimulation- possibilities for multitasking online are endless and damaging! #EM203Robin

@EM203ChristineA I agree. With the presence of technology, we are now able to learn faster on the internet such as crash course on the internet. Fast feedback also helps in terms of how we learn, leaving a comment would be one example of feedback.

@EM203cjk3130 I agree. This course gives us a chance to explore the various teaching ways and how they works with the help of social platforms. The social media also provides different sort of information for us to learn, whether it’s good or bad.

Last few weeks of EM203 I learned about the way teaching and learning is shifting due to rise of social media and advancement of digital age. Also the impact of it on global events such as the human rights revolution in 011. #EM203Robin

In the first three weeks of the course, I was able to get a basic understanding of how learning works. Of all the learning methods, behaviourism is the one I gain a deeper insight on. It explains how our brain makes certain response given certain conditions.#EM203Robin
