@lllplatform We can ensure education remains a public good by addressing the cost-to-benefit ratio and make sure that the cost of education will never out-weigh the benefits. Increased public access will reflect a lower cost of education with a near stagnant or improving benefit.

@lllplatform There have been questions on the quality of education in recent years. Does purposed decreased quality of education correlate with the hidden costs embedded in a newly evolved education system: are these hidden costs derived from the reasonings of declined learning?

It is crazy to think that prior to this class I had not thought about how our education is changing drastically alongside the development of technology. Technology more specifically will fluctuate the cost of education, I am interested to see in which direction. #EM203Robin

AI teachers will dramatically lower all basic costs in the educational system and allow hundreds of millions more to access free, high-quality education. Human teachers will act as personal mentors, coaches and guides.

#EM203Robin Just completed my first sudoku puzzle, and wow did it challenge me! Week 3 in EM203 had me consider the sources of information used, the approach I took, and the feelings I had doing this!

@EM203ZLessard Hi Zach, I agree with your points on the new era of technology and how advanced tech has come since its first introduction. I am prepared to see the potential innovations tech can introduce in the coming years.

@EM203ktajbakhsh I totally agree that social media can be distracting/addicting. With the educational development heading in the direction of technology and media, there should be a definitive line drawn to differentiate general social media use and media use to acquire knowledge.

I know social media can be fun and addicting buttttt have you considered how much it could be effecting you mentally? Limiting its use can boost your mental health- try sleeping earlier, going on daily walks and starting a new hobby as distractions! #EM203

@EM203SBulwa Interesting how we automatically associate ourselves with a 'learning style' or 'theory' without really understanding what they entail. We have shed some light on the differences in how we learn, but looking forward to expanding and diving into depth of each to fully understand.

From learning about the ‘digital age’ in week 1, to learning about constructivist learning theories, and then tying it all together with understanding how we learn IN a digital age, #EM203 has given me some great context into the ways I learn on a day to day basis. #EM203Robin

@EM203hmotard Media has without a doubt catapulted the learning experience of individuals in a new direction. With instant access to nearly anything and a short delay in responses has equipped us with a more efficient tool to acquire knowledge.

@AndrewEM203 It is quite fascinating to see how the education and teaching systems have developed over such a short time period. The endlessly evolving systems will leave us wondering what direction it will head next.

#EM203 has been a very intriguing course thus far, I find it interesting researching different methods of learning, and learning theories. When I explored the details of behaviourism to engage in discussion I learned a lot about how education is evolving in society. #EM203Robin

@EM203LaurenPope I found myself in a very similar position when I took the second test. I had always considered myself to be somewhat okay at multitasking..... but boy was I wrong. Hopefully those who struggle with us can develop this skill over the term!

After completing the tasks in lesson 3, I’ve learned I am horrible at multiple tasking…. Despite my self confidence in my abilities #EM203

After 3 lectures, this class provided insight to how learning has been facilitated and how knowledge can be acquired in our relatively new era of digital technology. Emphasizing digital technology has altered these skills. Very excited to get into further detail!! #Em203robin
