Hey @Em203Kerr loved how u separate the 2 categories. Many times mental health goes completely unnoticed. You had great points listed & many more that could be explored. Cardiovascular health is imp & instead of saying obesity, 'body composition' may be a better-suited word :).

The first three weeks in EM203 have been fun and engaging! It was interesting to deep dive into different learning theories by not only applying them to our personal learning styles but to examine them through a wider lens. #EM203Robin

So far #EM203Robin has been fun! This class takes a far different approach to learning and completing assignments than any other class I’ve been apart of. My favourite week of content so far was this week. Recalling words with no distraction and distraction was eye opening😊

So far I have spent 3 weeks in my EM203 class and for real, I have learnt many things that have reshaped my perspective on myself and the world. I liked how this class has allowed me to learn more about myself and important skills like the 3M's. #EM203Robin

@EM203LaksithaD OH WOW! That's awesome Lak. What kinda skills did you learn!? I too had the opportunity of learning many things about myself which I guess I kinda always knew but being able to actually come to the conclusion by doing the activities/experiments was so awesome.

@em203_jessica I could not agree more Jessica. I personally choose to learn how to solve the sudoku and can't lie, it was definitely some work but very rewarding when I finished haha. #puzzlelife

In the past 3 weeks of EM203, I have learned a lot about different learning styles and the 3M’s. This week we learned how to learn a new task. I enjoyed this activity as I learned how to make a paper airplane, which is something I have always wanted to do! #EM203Robin

@garelEM203 Heya Monique u and I both loll! I always preferred videos over just audio or reading. But doing these activities really helped me put 2 and 2 together that visuals + audio + acc doing it is the way for me 😂
