A team from @CPOM_news took the opportunity to visit Iceland's melting glaciers during the Cryo2ice symposium earlier this year. Using drones, they measured glaciers, icebergs and proglacial lakes on the frontline of climate change. Yes it was nippy, but there were some spectacular northern lights as a treat for all the hard work...

@esa_cryosat @CPOM_news Using the data that they measured from the proglacial lakes, will they look at past data to compare and relate to climate change? Would really love a response for my university class!

This is one of my favourite pictures I’ve taken back in my hometown.This lake relates to many environment problems such as dumping sewage waste, nutrient runoffs from the city, etc.

Hello everyone! I have really been enjoying the first 3 weeks of class and have learned more about the digital age of today. I am learning how to solve sudoku’s! I do find them quite challenging but are a good game to play when bored. Cant wait to see what’s next!#EM203Robin

Young people, labeled "digital natives," are highly connected but mostly use tech for entertainment, not creative expression. Adults mirror this, spending significant time online too. Access doesn’t always mean deeper engagement. #EM203Robin

Hi everyone! I have been learning a lot in this course about adapting learning in the very impactful digital age. I also had lots of fun learning my new skill of Sudoku, and found it to be a fun challenge for my thinking. I can’t wait for the upcoming weeks! #EM203Robin

My first 3 classes taking EM203 have taught me a lot about the digital age. I enjoyed learning how to sing a verse in German. Something I never expected to teach myself how to do, it was super fun! Can’t wait to learn more and expand my knowledge on this topic! #EM203Robin
