They did a study on 1,500 ppl and how social media impacted them. They discovered every social app except for YouTube causes mental health issues. Instagram was the most damaging.

The past 3 weeks of #EM203Robin have been interesting. I learned that the internet has changed how students learn and access materials. I found that learning with multi-media helps to achieve a better understanding, while multi-tasking could be less beneficial.

The first 3 weeks of this course have been insightful and offered a lot of personal reflection! As someone who started learning in the digital age well into my education, it’s interesting to see the shift in the way I acquire and process new knowledge. #EM203Robin

@EM203IObiorah I totally agree that using the internet and those types of resources can be very beneficial, and also there are many distractions that come along with it. Can't wait to see what else we get to learn in this course!!

After my first few weeks in #EM203Robin I've been able to learn about how useful the internet, social media, and the resources provided to us can really benefit our learning. I was also able to learn how easy it is to be distracted by social media! Excited to keep on learning!

@EM203CJohnson I also find the 3M's very interesting, especially they impact learning! Im excited to see what else we get to learn this semester!!

I’ve just started a new course #EM203Robin and the first 3 weeks have been amazing! This past week we looked at the 3 M’s: Multimedia, Multimodal, Multi-tasking! I’m really looking forward to the rest of the semester and the new things I'll learn.
