Being transparent means publically publishing comprehensive data about your operations and working with third party standards and certifications. Not having influencers (paid or not) walk through one single facility and talk to a couple of people.

Companies, especially within the clothing industry, use manipulation to market themselves as environmentally friendly. Lack of transparency of the production process and moral values, leads to problems of credibility and this identified issue of greenwashing. #EM203problem

Throughout the first three weeks of the course #EM203Robin we have considered the implications of learning in a "digital age". There has been an insightful conversation surrounding various learning theories as well as multi-media, multi-modal and multi-tasking strategies.

@EM203albarry I completely agree that the information we are learning in class will be crucial for future educational innovations, especially with regard to media and technology.

I've really enjoyed learning about the different ways we interact and learn online. This information will be useful for education in the future to understand students different learning styles while interacting with media! #EM203Robin

@EM203BrianH I found learning about the 3 M's so interesting, especially with the experiment surrounding multi tasking! The innovative lessons really showed the importance of the 3 M's in this "digital age".

In this course I have learned about the many changes that have occurred through what's known as the "digital age". We have started to learn theories around the digital age such as the 3 M's which mentions how us humans have changed to become more active learners. #EM203Robin

@em203moniver I can multi task with more easy-to-do tasks, like doing easy homework while listening to music. But that experiment was so challenging... i was reminded of my lack of true focus with background noises!

In the first 3 weeks of EM203 I learned that Multi-tasking is one of the 3M’s. I understand multi tasking can work for some people a but re-learned it can’t work for me. We did an experiment trying to remember a list of words while multitasking - I was hopeless! #EM203robin
