The first three weeks of #EM203Robin have really highlighted the impact of social media in my life, both for better and for worse

@LEm203 I agree the online language is very different. The lack of physical cues, like facial expressions and reactions, can lead to misunderstandings. I'm excited to learn how to effectively communicate and learn online to limit these misinterpretations.

I have learned so much about the online world in these first few weeks of the course. I think there is a different language online, and I am excited for the weeks ahead to learn more about online platforms like twitter. #EM203Robin

@Lauren60085354 The internet was a crucial aspect in the revolution of communication, participation, and innovation of learning today. I think the connectivity presented in our learning is beneficial because it has created a global community and promotes learning through different mediums

Lesson one helped me reflect on the fact that the digital age emphasis enhances my learning via social media tools such as Reddit articles, twitter opinions/explanations and improving communication and relationships #EM203Robin

@LBEM203 The ways learning and communication have evolved over time is amazing. Although, in Adam Alter's book, Irresistible, he explains new mediums of communication are allowing the younger generation to lack communication and social skills face to face.

So far in this course I have learned how we are all connected as a society. From the world wide web to direct face to face conversations, there are many mediums to communicate. I have also learned the different ways to learn new tasks and to embrace challenge. #EM203Robin
