One holiday maker had a trip to custody instead of Tenerife today after he had too much to drink and was refused boarding before assaulting a member of staff. Arrested by Officers @EMA_Airport 👍 Banned from the Airline 👍 Please drink responsibly and don't ruin your holiday!

**WARNING** If you park in restricted areas @EMA_Airport you will be challenged by our #ProjectServator officers. Tonight a vehicle has been seized & the driver reported for driving whilst disqualified & having no insurance after parking near to the perimeter fence.

Busy day @EMA_Airport for our #ProjectServator officers assisting our @nottspolice colleagues to detain a wanted person. We have conducted patrols all over the terminal today, please come and say 'Hi' to the officers as we may have some small gifts for the younger passengers!

Yesterday an intoxicated passenger was disruptive onboard an aircraft & abusive to flight crew, ground staff & resisted arrest of the attending Police officers They have been charged with 2 public offences & resist arrest Abuse of staff @EMA_Airport will not be tolerated

Yesterday, the @EMAPolice team welcomed @2195RAFAC to @EMA_Airport . A presentation was delivered on the specialist role and responsibilities of policing an airport. The smartly presented cadets were a credit to their regiment and the evening was enjoyed by all.

A road safety operation was carried out around the airport to check the safety of cars, particularly taxis. Sadly far too many of the vehicles we stopped had defects and one was seized. If you book a taxi you should expect it to be road worthy. We'll be doing more checks soon.
