This happened to me earlier this month My friend also was a victim to this Issue We bought Premium via Google play store and till now we have not been refunded I sent out a reminder last week to the premium support team and got no reply In case of next week time just log into the website via your browser and buy it directly from there

Firstly| Do not pay your blue checkmark through "Google app store" you won't see the blue tick and no refund for you, talking from what I experience last week. I made that payment 12th of march (Exactly one week ago) which I didn't received and I requested for a refund through Google which I was informed that their refund policy didn't match my subscription payment, and my money was lost. Then I bought another one now directly from X app, which was delivered immediately after payment, check evidence on the attached photo. Well, nevertheless am back at premium now, please engage with me thank you 🙏
