@ASHP_EMPharm I use Succ whenever I can. Most evidence shows we aren’t very good at postintubation mgmt. Throw in the hypotensive pt or narcan and most of those will be under sedated with Roc (because they look comfy). If concerned, is anyone pretreating with calcium prior to Succ?

A LOT has changed from when those first studies were published, would love to remove gent from the ED ADCs as there is (IMHO) so little benefit to be had these days. Note my antibiogram is near pristine relative to most, so I'm biased
