Two months ago, I applied for a contract and didn't get it. Someone else did. I moved on.
This morning, I received a mail saying I got the contract. Something felt off immediately. I did my checks and confirmed it was a scam. So I played along.
The fraudster put a WhatsApp number in the mail. I reached out. He told me he was awarded the contract through connections and was willing to sell it to me for 500k. I agreed.
I offered to drive down and pay in person. He said he wasn't around and asked me to do a transfer instead. I told him my bank account had issues and since it was the weekend, I couldn't fix it. I offered 300k cash through a POS as part payment.
He agreed immediately. Even dropped the remaining 200k balance entirely. That eagerness told me everything I needed to know.
I walked to the nearest POS and asked the attendant the deposit charge for 300k. He said 2k.
I called the fraudster back and told him I had no extra cash for the POS charge and he needed to send 5k to the attendant directly. He hesitated and I just ignored him.
Five minutes later, he called back asking for the account details. He sent the 5k.
I blocked him, turned to the POS attendant, and said: "Enjoy your weekend."
These people are bold but they are not smart. They're mostly successful with greedy people and I'm not one 🤝
Above all, love God.

Some years back, there was this light skin chubby pretty lady that sold pork meat at the Ughelli Market. She had her stand close to the bridge in between those women selling iced fish and pepper.
It was December and another woman and her husband who came to get some items in

One of the qualities expected of a ghost writer, is the ability to be timely and meet up with deadlines
My client reach out to me a day before, for an article he needed to post the next morning
I went into the kitchen and whipped up something real quick
And as you can guess, he loved it.
I'm working on my first article that sheds more light on what it takes to be a prolific ghost writer.
Expect soon...

This hit home.
There were long phases where my only wins were on paper, - backtests, screenshots, journal entries.
No payouts. No noise.
But I had absolute conviction those wins would materialize. And they did.
That’s how real progress works.
It’s not jumping from 1 to 100 overnight.
It’s stacking 1, then 2, then 3, then 4… until 100 becomes inevitable.
Quiet progress still compounds.
Process first. Results always follow💯

🚨 THIS IS A CALL TO EVERYONE — NOT JUST TRADERS!!! 🚨
This message isn’t only for people in the markets.
It’s for anyone , creating, learning, building, and still feeling stuck.
You can be doing everything right and still feel like nothing is happening, simply because you’re ignoring small progress.
If it’s not loud, flashy, or luxury-looking yet, you think it doesn’t count.
Stop trying to go from 1 to 100 overnight.
Respect 2, 3, 4… they matter.
This applies to life, business, skills, relationships, and yes, even trading.
Process first. Results later.
Progress is progress.
Wishing everyone a profitable and productive week ahead! 🤍🥹🙏

Every time you break your trading rules, you pay a price.
You just don’t get the invoice immediately.
That price is the hidden cost of inconsistency.
It shows up when you:
– take a trade you know you shouldn’t
– move stops when you know you shouldn’t
– increase size because you’re feeling extra confident
– skip your journal because you’re tired
– ignore your end-of-week review because you can always do it next week
Nothing bad happens… at first.
So your brain makes a dangerous conclusion:
See? It’s not that deep.
But it is that deep !!
Every skipped rule, every missed journal entry, every ignored review
quietly compounds into something far more expensive than a losing trade.
You lose:
– clarity
– data
– trust in your process
– confidence in your edge
Soon, you’re no longer sure whether your strategy works
or if you’re the problem
And that’s the real damage
Inconsistency doesn’t usually blow accounts overnight.
It creates confusion
You can’t tell:
– if you’re improving
– if you’re stuck
– or if you’re just repeating the same mistakes with different charts
Here’s the uncomfortable truth most traders avoid:
You don’t rise to the level of your strategy.
You fall to the level of your standards.
A trader who sometimes follows rules
will eventually sometimes lose control.
And the market doesn’t punish mistakes immediately
it waits until you’ve made them a habit.
If you want progress that actually compounds:
– follow your rules even when it’s boring
– journal even when the day was “nothing special”
– review your week especially when you don’t feel like it
Because consistency isn’t about perfection.
It’s about showing up the same way
on good days, bad days, and flat days.
That’s the only behavior the market ever rewards.

I’m not where I want to be yet but I’m grateful for the progress so far.
So many things I’ve done just to eat food, I’ve done laboring work, done 001 and the 1 is sipping garri.
How many times I have sold my clothes to be able to get food to eat.
Slept inside someone’s car because I went to play ball with my friends and my aunt that I stayed with locked me outside saying I came back late.
Hawk kerosene, trekked both going and coming back from school.
Did some street work to save money for my waec. I paid for my waec myself, there was no money for Neco. Today I am a graduate.
So many people had the luxury of staying and growing up with their parents, well I lost mine since I was small and trust me there’s nothing I haven’t seen growing up on the street.

Day 99/100
You're familiar with the feeling – the weight of expectations, the pressure to perform, and the constant juggling act. Doing more with less can feel like a never-ending tightrope walk.
