Our medical student, Laeticia Aoun, has just secured her second victory in Taekwondo at the #Olympics, advancing to the semifinals! One more win and she brings home a medal! 🙌🇱🇧 Lebanon is closer than ever to winning its first Olympic medal in 44 years—let’s cheer Laeticia on!

Interesting stats showing Lebanon as being the country with the highest number of J1 sponsored physicians per capita in the US - which makes me simultaneously very proud but also sad and frustrated at the current situation in Lebanon that continues to push for this mass exodus
