I have so many more concerns about this situation after reading this. 🤯 Ed Diehl received the RLS report on November 26. I am a board director for this district. I was given this report by Nigel Jaquis from Willamette Week on December 2, when someone leaked the report to the press. Sheri Bleau, General Manager for UPTD didn't provide the RLS report to the board until December 3. Why did Diehl want a compliance report outside his district? Who leaked the report? Why was it used by Director Natasha Atkinson and County Clerk Dan Loomis in the deposition of Ben Edtl in the Vaughn v. Loomis election challenge on December 2?

Records show that all three of his businesses are registered with the Oregon Secretary of State’s Office. I had some inquiries asking if it was legal for illegal aliens to own businesses in the US. So I did some research — the answer is apparently, yes. There’s no US law currently in place that prohibits illegal aliens from starting their own businesses. All they really need to obtain are ITIN and EIN numbers, which are tax and employee identifications. The only caveat is that federal law prohibits them from hiring illegal aliens. Sanctuary jurisdictions, where officials do not check an individual’s immigration status, are suspected of having a high number of illegal alien business owners.
