luka’s just a chill dude who happens to be working with mio. although the world’s nearly in anarchy, bro doesn’t gaf he’s not the sharpest tool in the shed, however. despite luka’s appearance, he’s like the type of guy who would share a country when pride flags are brought up

mio’s an entity who acts as a perfectionist and claims to know many things about the inner workings of RAIDs. they can be rather insistent at times & become frustrated when work is messy or effortless, something luka is quite efficient at… here’s their official concept art!
