In #POCUS, talent knows no gender. Yet our field's diversity isn't reflected where it matters most: 70% of med students are women 75% of advanced practitioners are female 80% of sonographers are women But conf panels, publications & courses....Overwhelmingly male. Why are women leading in practice but trailing in representation? It's time to amplify female expertise & bridge this gap #DiversityInUltrasound
