How did Ticketmaster get the role to administer coronation concert tickets when they can’t even administer their own ticket systems?

@bbc5live NHS dental care non existent in Norfolk. regular user until 2019. Then, due to covid my 2020 and 2021 check ups were cancelled. In 2022 my dentist closed and no other dentists in Norfolk were open to new NHS patients. Now been four years since I have been able to see a dentist
