It’s been a quarter of strengthening our community, deepening learning spaces, celebrating growth, and keeping inclusion at the center of everything we do. From connection to reflection, and from learning to impact, we’ve been intentional every step of the way. And this is just one part of the story. So real talk: Do you actually need political power to change policy? Or is your voice enough? As young people continue to shape conversations across Ghana, one question just won't go away: Can we truly influence policy without holding political office? That's what we're getting into live on our next X Space and this time, our EPL Fellows and Alumni are going head-to-head in a debate. Two sides. Real arguments. No holding back. We're breaking it down through two lenses that actually hit home: 🎯 Trade & Commerce 🎯 Creative Economy From ideas to influence, we'll explore how young people are already shaping conversations, driving innovation and pushing boundaries in spaces that matter no title required. 📅 Friday, 24th April ⏰ 7 PM 📍 x.com/i/spaces/1RKZz… Set a reminder. Bring your perspective. Come watch our Fellow young people debate what really moves the needle. Let's go. 🚀 #politicalnews #debate #Eplghana #civilengagement #politicalpower #youthdebate

What does it take to build lasting peace in West Africa? It starts with young people at the table as architects of sustainable change. On the 25th – 27th of March, Emerging Public Leaders of Ghana joined the West Africa Youth Summit on Peace, Peacebuilding and Security in Accra, a three-day convening by Conciliation Resources and supported by Global Affairs Canada, gathering youth leaders, traditional rulers and policymakers from across the region. Our Country Director, Ms. Juliet A. Amoah, was at the heart of it, facilitating critical conversations on intergenerational dialogue, adaptive leadership and the indispensable role of young women in peacebuilding. Throughout the three days, the message was clear: the skills, perspectives and courage of young people are not a future asset, they are a present necessity. We are grateful for the opportunity to contribute, connect and recommit to the work of building a more peaceful, inclusive West Africa. #AdaptiveLeadership #YouthAndPeace #Eplghana #Peacebuilding #WestAfrica

Women’s Month 2026 | Rights. Justice. Action. Give to Gain This Women’s Month, EPL Ghana joins the global community to commemorate International Women’s Day 2026 under the theme “Rights. Justice. Action. Give to Gain.” The theme reminds us that achieving gender equality requires intentional effort to ensure women have access to opportunities, fair systems and meaningful platforms to lead and fully participate in decision-making. At EPL Ghana, we translate rights into access, justice into inclusive systems, and action into measurable leadership outcomes. Through mentorship, leadership development, and advocacy, we continue to create pathways for women to grow, lead, and shape governance outcomes in Ghana’s public sector. This video highlights voices from staff, PSF and Fellows, reflecting how opportunities and support empower women to lead with confidence and contribute meaningfully to stronger institutions. At the heart of this message is “Give to Gain.” When we give opportunities, mentorship, and support, we gain empowered women leaders, stronger institutions and more inclusive governance. As we celebrate Women’s Month 2026, we reaffirm our commitment to creating spaces where women are not only present but also fully participating and leading transformational change. ✨👩🏾‍💼🌍 #RightsJusticeAction #GiveToGain #WomensMonth2026 #InternationalWomensDay #WomenInLeadership #InclusiveLeadership #WomenOnTheRise #GenderEquality #WomenInPublicService #EPLGhana
